Durant & Booth HouseOakville - 1874
Built before 1874, Durant & Booth's historic home next to Oakville Grocery has become an iconic Napa Valley landmark. In 1897, Frederick Durant and stepsons Joseph and Willis Booth took over the mercantile and acquired the elegant two-story home next door in 1904.
Ticen HouseRutherford - 1879
Named after the Ticen family, Ticen House in Rutherford, built by W. P. Weaks, a carpenter in the 1870s, featured a 20-acre vineyard. In 1879, Mr. Weaks established a winery, producing his own wine until 1893 when he moved, leaving the property to the bank.

2020 Three Victorians Rutherford “Ticen House” Cabernet SauvignonThis is a dark purple Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of stewed plums, tobacco, blueberry, and raspberry. Rich black fruit flavors, layered with chocolate, allspice, and notes of dusty earth, coat the palate. Full-bodied, the tannins are velvety and well-balanced and lead to a lingering finish.
2020 Three Victorians St. Helena “The Ink House” Cabernet SauvignonFresh aromas of blackcurrants, blackberry, boysenberry, and baking spice greet the nose. Continuing through to the full-bodied palate, intense and luscious flavors of raspberry, plum, and chocolate are accented by notes of wood and tobacco.
