Oakville Grocery Wildflower Honey

In stock

A medium, sweet, and well-balanced honey that is an excellent addition to marinades, sauces, stews, and glazes.

The Oakville Grocery Wildflower Honey is produced from hives in Sebastopol and Santa Rosa, CA (Sonoma County) and comes in large part from the nectar-rich and abundant Himalayan blackberries originally brought to California by Luther Burbank.

The diversity of forage for bees in Sonoma County makes for a medium, sweet, well-balanced honey. We suggest adding it to marinades, sauces, stews, and glazes. It's also perfect for layering in parfaits, pouring over fruity pancakes and salads, and adding to smoothies.

Ingredients: Wildflower honey.
