Mandois Champagne Brut Origine NV
Make it a Champagne Celebration!
Pop the cork and let the bubbles do the talking... Mandois doesn't need a lengthy introduction; simply put, it will be the left of your party.
Champagne Mandois is a family-owned house founded in Pierry (near Epernay) that has produced high-quality, low-dosage Champagne from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards for nine generations. Today the winery owns 37 hectares of vineyards spread across 12 different villages in the the Côte des Blancs, Côte d’Epernay, Coteaux de Sézanne and Côte des Bars, including such prestigious terroirs such as Chouilly, Vertus, Pierry and Epernay. Cultivated varities are comprised of 70% Charedonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir. The House style is quite traditional - with long cellar aging and low dosage, its wines show a fine, mouth-filling texture and express delicate aromas specific to the terroir of the grape varieties. Mandois' wines also show great richness on the palate and long-lasting aromas on the finish. The wines develop slowly in the glass and always reveal a great generosity. Elegant, they show a long finish with impressions of fluidity, roundess, and finesse.
