The Vieris Vie di Romans is one of the best Italian Sauvignon Blancs.
The grapes come from a single vineyard and are vinified in steel tanks, followed by a period of aging in oak barrels of about 10 months, in which the wine remains in contact with its own yeasts.
The aromatic profile of Vieris Vie di Romans is exceptional, with notes of tropical fruit alternating with citrus hints of lycis and tomato leaf; the sip is savory, with a long aromatic persistence and a marked acidity. Perfect to drink with a tuna steak garnished with a fresh mint pesto.
