The 2019 Metal Bender Red Blend comes from premier vineyards all throughout Napa Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot portion of the blend comes from Oakville, Howell Mountain, and Stagecoach, while the Merlot and Syrah come from the cooler southern Los Carneros AVA. This wine displays notes of bright red cherry, vanilla, and cedar with silky tannins along with bright acid that provides the structure needed to hold up to hearty dishes.
